Our Engagement Model

Our Engagement Model is tailored to our approach:  long term and delivering real business results for our clients.  We have two basic options.

Retainer + Costs

Our preferred model is to work on a retainer basis in a long term engagement with our clients.  All costs of tools, services and vendors that we select and manage are then paid by the client directly.   This insures that our interests and our clients are totally aligned, without any incentives to increase billings.   Learn more about our Retainer Model.

Resource Management Fee

In some cases, our clients just needs our management of the outsourced resources and services we bring to bear and prefers not to have a fixed monthly fee.   For example, a Retailers needs will often be much heavier during the Fall / Holiday season than the rest of the year.  In this case, we can provide this management for a fixed percentage mark-up on the services used.    This percentage varies according to volume and minimum monthly amounts do apply.  Learn more about our Resource Management Model.

Fixed Price 

In some cases, we will do site and/or application development work or specific implementations of Digital Infrastructure for a flat, fixed price quote.   Here there is a fee for the initial assessment and a minimum project budget of $10,000.   That is simply the lowest budget we can work with and still be effective for our clients.  Learn more about our Fixed Price Model.
